Color is back! As we’ve said many times in the past, we love working with color gemstones just as much as we love diamonds. It is always exciting when a customer comes to us with a request for a piece of custom jewelry and then tells us they want to work in color! In today’s jewelry post we get to share with you these wonderful rings that feature wonderful color gemstones.

Zircon and Ruby Engagement Ring

Check out this distinctive twist on the traditional engagement ring. Starting with a .55 carat round brilliant diamond we then showcased it between an array of natural rubies, blue zircon gemstones, and small round diamonds. The bold red and blue add a fantastic complement to the ring along with a twist that we don’t commonly get to experience in a custom engagement ring.

Three Stone Princess Cut Sapphire Ring

When most people think about 3 stone rings, past/present/future, they envision 3 amazing diamonds. In this case we imagined the ring using an amazing natural blue sapphire. This dazzling 3.75 carat square blue sapphire sits center stage for this larger than life three stone ring.

The sapphire is flanked on one side by a 2.03 carat princess cut diamond and a 2.12 carat princess cut diamond on the other. The stones are all set in a beautifully high polished 18k white gold.

5.87Carat Oval Opal Ring

Big, bold, bright, and beautiful, this 5.87 carat oval cut opal is the showcase of this ring design. The brightness of this opal is hard to deny with its pale blue, pastel pink, and bright white colors it really stands out when surrounded by diamonds.

At nearly 6 carats it measures almost 3/4 of an inch long and half an inch wide. It is set in a 14k white gold by-pass ring that features 28 round brilliant diamonds weighing a total of .94 carats.

1.02 Carat Opal Three Stone Ring

The striking color of this opal garners a second and third look!  Weighing 1.02 carats, this colorful opal gemstone is complemented by two marquise shaped diamonds weighing .53 carats total weight.

Small diamond accents adorn the sides of the ring gallery.  The ring is set in 14k white gold.
