• Ring Sizing
  We can size nearly any ring up or down multiple sizes. There are certain styles of ring that require a new ring shank, channel set rings for example, and our staff will advise you on the best process to resize your ring.
• Stone Replacement
  Losing a gemstone from a ring is both common and distressing. We have the ability to replace your gem for you and to modify your setting to make your gems more secure if needed.
• Stone Tightening
  Gemstone become loose over time. Catching prongs on pockets and clothing, hitting your hand against a door frame, and many other impacts can cause stone to loosen over time. When cleaning your ring we check all of your gems for tightness and security, and if needed, we can retighten your stones to make them safe again.
• Shank Repair
  Being made from precious metal, rings wear over time and they are rubbed against surfaces, are hit against hard objects, or simply worn for decades on end. When a ring shank gets too thin, it can break and you could lose your ring. Our jewelers can take your ring and replace the shank while maintaining the original beauty of your ring.
• Necklace Repair
  Necklace chains are easy to break. they get caught on all sorts of things and simply snap. We can take your broken necklace and fix the break so that it is nearly invisible and your can keep wearing your favorite necklace.
• Deep Cleaning
  We clean jewelry every day. but sometimes even we struggle to get a ring restored to like new condition. There could be chemicals, lotions, oils and more trapped in the nooks and crevices of your jewelry. We can use our professional cleaners and solvents, all the way up to some types of acid, to restore your jewelry to like new condition.
